PLOW is an elevated fine farm to table cuisine restaurant located not in Chicago, not in Milwaukee, not in Madison, but in the charming village of Cambridge, 16 miles southeast of Madison. The restaurant is in a former feed mill from the mid 1800's and is located in the heart of the village's downtown district. People from Rockford, Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison drive to Cambridge for dinner. Spring and Summer offer outdoors dining on our patio as well as vacationers that visit Lake Ripley.
PLOW features a full bar with craft cocktails, and indoor and patio seating as well.

Job Description
- organize maintain, and oversee schedules.
- serve patrons food at the bar.
- Be a hands-on Bartender and train and hire additional staff positions.
- Oversee opening and closing responsibilities.
- Oversee ordering and menu development.
- *ability to clean taplines a plus.
- Create ice molds.
- Desire to learn creative craft cocktails and bring the flair of presentation and efficiency to the bar.
- Be familiar with or learn TOAST POS.
- must attain the bar manager license and pass a background check.
- Must be organized and able to work in fast pace environment.
