About the Job
PLOW is an elevated New American cuisine restaurant located not in Chicago, not in Milwaukee, not in Madison, but in the charming village of Cambridge, 16 miles southeast of Madison. The restaurant is in a former feed mill from the mid-1800s and is located in the heart of the village's downtown district. People from Rockford, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison drive to Cambridge for dinner. Spring and Summer offer outdoor dining on our patio, as well as vacationers who visit Lake Ripley. Tips can be very good here!
PLOW features a full bar with craft cocktails, and indoor and outdoor patio seating as well.
The food is incredible. Much is locally sourced from our farm. Menu items include vegetarian lasagna, New York Strip, fish fry, wood-fired pizza, smoked prime rib, and a lot more.

Details:
- You won't be slinging Busch Lights. You'll be making sassy and creative craft cocktails, along with the usual complement of beers and wine.
- The tips will be elevated, tools like ice mold, smoke guns, and the potential to develop and create.
- Hours are Thursday-Saturday 4-9:30 pm.
- We're open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays weekly, and we open for special occasions and selected holidays.
- We are currently using the Toast POS system.
We do private events as well.
